How do I place an order?
Once you have decided the products you would like to purchase, you can add them to your shopping cart using the quantity tool to choose the quantity of the item you would like to purchase, followed by clicking on the Add to Card button.
After you have completed adding all the products to your cart and are ready to check out, click on the Shopping Cart button on the top right corner and click on View Cart
You can then review all the items in your cart and click on the Proceed to Check Out button
If you are not logged in, you will be asked to either register (for new users) or log in to your account (for existing users) before you can proceed to the check-out page.
After entering your information as needed, click Place Order. Once your order has been submitted, you’ll see an Order Confirmation page with your order number and order details. An order confirmation with your complete order details will be sent to the email address associated with your user ID. You will also be able to access your order under the “Your Order” located within “My Account” on the top right corner of the page.
How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders will ship within 2 business days. To track your order, find the Track Order button on the “Your Order” page located within “My Account” on the top right corner of the page. Do I have to have an account to order from you?
To place an order on maintive, you must create an account with us. To create an account, click on the “Register” button on the top right of the page and fill in the information as prompted. Once you create an account, you will be able to:

What is maintive’s shipping policy?
Orders totaling AED 1500 or more, maintive ships for free with standard ground delivery within the United Arab Emirates.
For orders that are less than AED 1500, we charge a flat shipping rate of AED xxx for standard ground shipping within the United Arab Emirates.
For international orders, maintive has partnered with FedEx, and charges customers a shipping and handling fee based on the volumetric rate of the order. Please note that all customs, duties, and taxes based on the importing country will have to be paid by the customer after the shipment has reached the importing country’s port. These charges are not collected at the time of placing an order with maintive.

Where do you ship from?
All orders from maintive ship from the United Arab Emirates.
How many days will it take to receive my item(s)?
Orders stocked by maintive usually ship within 1 business day. For orders within the UAE, you will receive the shipment within 2-3 business days once the order has been confirmed, depending on your location.
For orders shipped outside of the UAE, customers will be able to see the approximate delivery date before placing an order subject to their country of import.
Can I select my own shipping company and use my own account?

Do you consolidate shipments or ship each line on an order individually?
For our customer’s convenience, we aim to consolidate shipments as much as possible, however, this may not always be the case depending on the size and volume of the order.
How will I pay for custom duties and taxes?
For orders outside of the UAE, once your order has arrived and processed at your selected port, our shipment partner, FedEx will contact you with the details of your custom duties and taxes to be paid.
How will my custom duties and taxes be calculated?
For orders outside of the UAE, customs duties and taxes are calculated subject to the laws of the country of import. Please note that these charges are not collected at the time of checkout, and the customer will be responsible for making these payments once the shipment has been processed.
Is the cost of my custom duties & taxes reflected on the checkout page?
No, customs duties and taxes are not reflected on the checkout page for international orders. Our shipment partner, FedEx, will contact you with the details of your payment once the shipment has been processed at your selected port.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery?
For your convenience, maintive accepts Cash on delivery only within the United Arab Emirates for orders up to AED 5000. For orders exceeding AED 5000, customers can easily pay online through our secured portal through Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
How do I make a return?

What do I do if I receive damaged goods?
Before shipping orders, Maintive conducts a comprehensive quality check of all the products shipped out. In the event that the boxed package is damaged from the outside, please refuse the acceptance of delivery.

What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, Maintive will cover the cost of return shipping. Products may be returned within 14 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange, subject to approval and inspection.Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Once we receive your order, it takes approximately 2-3 business days to calibrate your device. Some instruments may take longer depending on the points specified, type of device, and discipline. You will receive an email when your order is ready to ship with an estimated delivery time.
Do you provide accredited reference level calibrations?
No, our lab only provides traceable to national or international standard of calibration

Do you have a calibration management program?
Yes, we do have a calibration management program that helps us manage your calibration requirements. At the close of each calibration cycle, you will be notified when your instrument is due to get recalibrated.
Can I specify points for my calibration?
Yes you can specify which points are used for your calibration. To specify the points of calibration, send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and comments, and we will process your request within 1 business day.
There may be an additional charge depending on the points requested. The calibration may also be considered a "limited calibration" if the test points requested do not test the entire function/range of the instrument.
Is my calibration warrantied over the length of my calibration interval?
No, an instrument's calibration is not warrantied over the length of the calibration intervals. Instrument can drift over time which would affect its accuracyfor reasons such as mishandling, poor environmental conditions, improper use, instrument failure, etc.
If I change my calibration interval to two years instead of one year does my price change?
No, your specified calibration interval does not affect the price of your calibration since each customer sets their own calibration intervals.
Are you traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)?

Do you provide a soft copy of the calibration certification?
